Trous de vis apparents dans les panneaux, Trous camouflés avec des vis parce que les accessoires ont été mal installés ou installés au mauvais endroit, Coupe froid coupé trop court laissant passé la lumière du jour et l'eau, Fils raboutés avec du ruban électrique, Vis installé de travers, Installations des rails à des hauteurs différentes (pour la même porte), Installation des encrages inaccessibles... Installation effectuée le 24 septembre 2018, février 2019 correctifs incomplets...

Nous étions très au courant de votre insatisfaction et nous avons été a plusieurs reprises pour apporter les corrections sur le chantier. À notre dernière visite votre client nous a confirmé qu'il était satisfait de les correctifs apportés. De plus, le technicien qui a fait cette installation ne fait plus partie de notre équipe car il ne répondait pas à nos attentes de qualité et nous sommes désolés que vous avez vécu une si mauvaise expérience. tout s'est bien passé au niveau de l'installation mais la porte fait beaucoup de bruit de grinchement à l'ouverture et fermeture
